This website does not require an account, accept patient documents, or connect to a healthcare database. We do not run advertising, and we do not set advertising cookies.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides security and aggregate traffic measurement, which records page requests and technical information such as IP address, approximate location and browser type.

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used. It is delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz, which sends the measurement from Cloudflare's servers rather than from your browser. It records pages viewed, engagement such as scrolling and clicks on links that leave this site, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and browser and device characteristics.

We use first-party site analytics operated for ChartTrace by Ageless Marketing to understand site usage, page engagement, and interest in our services. This records the pages viewed on this marketing site together with a randomly generated visitor and session identifier stored in your browser. If you request a demo or contact us, we may associate that activity with your enquiry so we can respond properly. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this first-party analytics does not run: no identifiers are created or stored, and no activity is recorded. The Global Privacy Control signal does not switch off the Google Analytics measurement described above.

This applies only to this public marketing site. No patient, clinical, MDS, claims or billing information is collected by analytics of any kind.

Demo and access requests

When you send a request through the demo or contact form, the website sends your name, work email, organization, request type and any business context you add. It is stored in the customer-relationship system operated for ChartTrace by Ageless Marketing so the team can respond. The request also records the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through one of our links, that link's campaign details, which your browser keeps for the current tab only. To prevent abuse we store basic technical details (browser type and country) and a one-way hash of your network address that changes daily, not the address itself. If you use the email fallback instead, your entries stay in the page until you open a draft in your email application, and sending that email shares its contents through your email provider. Use business contact information only; do not send patient information.

Information you choose to send may be used to respond to your inquiry and discuss product evaluation. You can ask about your inquiry or request deletion by replying to the contact handling your request.

Ask ChartTrace public assistant

Use public product and business questions only. Do not enter patient information or PHI. When AI answers are connected, your question and recent conversation text are sent through this website’s server to OpenAI to generate an answer. Obvious patient-information patterns are screened before forwarding, but automated screening cannot identify every sensitive detail.

The website does not keep a chat database or save conversations to browser storage. The current conversation clears when you leave or reload the page, or use Clear conversation. API response storage is disabled; provider processing and operational retention are subject to the provider’s policies. Chat contact links open your email or phone application without attaching the conversation. When AI is not connected, the panel says so and provides website navigation and human contacts.

Hosting and external services

Cloudflare provides website hosting and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Your email provider and any external scheduling service have their own privacy practices. The customer login leads to a separate application.

Healthcare information

Do not provide protected health information through this public website or sales contact options. Application data processing, applicable agreements and access requirements are addressed separately before use.
