ChartTrace is in early commercial validation. The runnable product has demonstrated synthetic evidence extraction, supported SNF reimbursement logic, claim construction/scrubbing primitives and human review with provenance.
The broader production platform is being completed: automatic routine billing and coding, tracked external waits, human judgment exceptions and final release, followed by the claim and revenue-cycle lifecycle. Corporate oversight is designed to standardize work across facilities without requiring proportional staffing growth. The ambition is labor leverage and revenue integrity; customer ROI and staffing reductions are not yet proven.
